ebike connect not syncing activities

I’m having issues with my Kiox syncing my ride data.
I’ve now done two epic rides and was really excited to look at the data.
I just can’t get the app to bring down the activities.It did it once, for a 2 minute ride around the block.
Am I doing something wrong?

Do you have it connected via the phone app?
The secret is to remove the kiox from the bike still turned on, it will turn itself off after 5 to 10 min, then it should upload your ride details for you to view.
