E8000 issues?

Interesting find today chasing a W011 error On the e8000.

• magnet and sensor checked for alignment and stability.
• no wiring damage visually, and 3 connections into the motor checked and cleaned.
• latest firmware installed

Repetitive W011 within a few metres after all above, in any mode.

the potential solution came down for us with wheel circumferenc, which maybe some of you can also shed some light on.
Bike is a Focus Jam2 6.7 Plus 2019.
tyres recently changed from Maxxis Rekon 2.8 3C EXO TR to Eddy Current 27.5+ x2.8.

we have noticed in the ST Unlocker app the ability to correct wheel circumference. It was set at 2300mm, but when playing with the % correction and bulking it to say 4% the speed error has disappeared.

other than the tried and tested roll out method, is there anyway of calculating what the circumference should be in the correction factor, I would assume not due to too many variables such as tyre pressure, tyre age etc.

also could it be that latest firmware updates has wiped the correct rolling circumference? we will check with Focus what the factory setting is next week.
