E8000 connecting to E Tube app problem

Hi Everyone...
I'm having problems trying to connect my smartphone to the bike {Merida E160 9k 2020}
I have the E Tube app on my phone and when I try to connect with the E8000 i'm being asked to enter a pin code. Where will I find this please?

The BT pin from the factory is 000000, but if you bought the bike second hand, the previous owner may have changed it.

Thanks Spiff, I bought the bike new and only just got around to connecting the app. That code worked so I've updated the software and altered some settings
