E160RS Coil Shock Upgrade Size

Hi, I'm lookiing to upgrade my shock on my E160RS to a coil and was wondering if anyone knows what size I need?

It's 210 / 55

If you have a look on your shock it will have it written on it which is the best way to check your shock size
