Hi friends.
Please help me solve those creaking sounds when compressing the handlebar.

Replaced 2 of the headset bearings, and cleaned and greased everything including the stem bolts and the handlebar area. (preventing creak from there)
Returned everything and torqued to spec and still, nothing helps.

Do I have anything more to inspect?

Sounds like it could be the fork? Or axle/wheel bearings even

Although I know my headset creaks. I can clean it all, and I get a few kms of quiet before it creaks again. I feel the replacement bearings may have failed already.

Still, after changing almost every part, From Fork to the Ceramic bearing, and playing with torque options, I can't get out from this cracking sound under load. Something is moving there and making this cracking sound.
Is anyone got any idea what the problem could be?

I do a pretty heavy use of my eOne-Sixty, I use it at least twice a week and always with mixed enduro/downhill and at least once every 70/90 days I get those headset noises. In my case it is a simple cleaning + grease (accumulates a lot of dirt/dust)

What kind of crown race do you have on the fork? There are press on and split ones. I have never had a split crown race that did not creak. If you have a spit upper seat , they will creak as well.
