Does multi-tool come along with Orbea Rise?

Hi!
I just became an Orbea Rise H30 owner. Im really happy with it (except Orbea RS on garmin can't be activated due to system errors and E-Tube Project Cyclist can't be downloaded from google play due to similar problem), but im wondering if only my Rise came without the multi-tool inside the linkage? I bought it from a local dealer and wondering if i should contact him and demand the tool.

I think you have to go H10/M10 or better, to get the tool with the bike.

No multi tool came with my M10 in 2021
