Does anyone know the Anshida AE2216 frame from overseas?

I just want to know the headset dimension as the headset appears to be a straight non tapered headtube.

The specs does not indicate such info.
Moreover, the frame is a 700C frame. Does the 700C imply a certain headset size? If so please cite it.

The 700C means it's designed to run 700mm wheels, as opposed to 650c, 29 inch instead of 27.5"
