The E-Mythique (black frame) price has yet again been dropped to £2399.99 plus 10% code making it £2159.99.
Dang. I have a friend that's headed to Ireland and Scotland soon.
I wonder if I could talk him into bringing one of these back with him and what it would cost.
Edit: It looks like no go for Ireland either?

You may have a problem regarding the battery pack as most airlines do not permit battery packs in transportation.

I've got the PX on order too. Already have the DHB jacket but v tempted to buy another at this price.
It's here. I'm not mad on it. Quite lightweight, cut a bit wide in the arms & a bit short on the back & feels like lots of waterproof stuff that it'll be quite sweaty. Mulling over whether to keep it or not.

I presume you are talking about the Planet X one? If so I agree that I'm not overly impressed after just receiving mine as it's very short at the back so won't provide any protection around my arse / lower back when on the bike. I think it will be going back but I'm off to pick up the dhb one that's just turned up at my local Evri to compare.

Yep, the On one/Planet X jacket. Pretty sure I'm returning it & might pick up a spare DHB one which isn't waterproof but definitely a better cut & comfy jacket.

Picked up the dhb softshell one and it's much better for me than the Planet X one. However, I've also just noticed CRC have the dhb Trail Men's Waterproof version on sale too and with code EXTRA10 makes that £40.50 so have ordered that one to compare and for these prices I will have 2 different ones to choose from depending on the expected weather or can send one back if CRC are still trading.

Mondraker Frame
But those will been helpful is to open 3 different thread: US, EU and UK, because shipping costs / custom taxes between this 3 location increase a lot the final costs

Here's one for anyone considering a Specialized SL motor upgrade from the 1.1 to the 1.2.
£2499 for the kids Levo SL. Transplant the motor, battery and TCU.

On "sale" here, too, for just a "bit" more. ;-)

The site is using a free Shopify account and is full of dummy content. I would not put ANY payment details anywhere near that

They are also selling an unusual collection of mobility scooters and sheds. The business address is a residential address, and with only a mobile phone number. Presumably this is someone importing and directing stuff straight to consumers, or is it all some sort of scam?

Wholesale website theft with the only changes being the name of the shop and of course the ‘too good to be true’ prices are getting increasingly common.

With the majority of people becoming more and more used to parting with large sums of cash to companies online, they are cashing in.

Make sure you do your homework and preferably get some recommendations from others who you trust who have used such a website.

A specialist RC model website I use has been cloned all over the web, pops up as a different shop once the old one is shut down.

Yup. I went through it with an airgun purchase. I knew I got scammed as soon as the Paypal went through.
I contacted Paypal immediately and I had to spend many days and phone hours hounding them to "upgrade" my claim to the higher-ups after they kept closing my case. I think the payment went to Sri Lanka? And PayPal didn't seem to care. Even though the store was in Texas, USA.
The scammers had "piggybacked" onto a legit web store and everything looked 100% legit until the payment went through. The real store had no record of the sale. So they are getting screwed too.
These scammers were smart. They didn't have insanely cheap prices. Just the lowest price on the web.
Similar story to some of these guys:

Which ones that?
Hyperflight.co.uk is the legit online shop.

This one is an example I just found when searching a product I might be interested in;

https://www.powerboardsales.com/micromax-pocket-f3f-1-15m/ (DO NOT BUY FROM THE LINK - IT’S AN EXAMPLE OF A FAKE ONLINE SHOP)

Uses the photos and text from Hyperflight, but offering the product for about 20% of the price you need to pay to actually get one.

There are numerous shops with different names/addresses that come up in searches for the products you’re interested in or price comparing. It’s a huge problem, so please be careful everybody especially with higher value emtb ‘purchases’.
