Different fork axle to crown

Hi all I've got a 2019 trance 3, it came with a suntour aion 35 which worked fine, but I found a yari for £239 so bought it and fitted it my suntour at 160mm is 572mm measured but the yari at 150mm is 542mm measured obviously its steepened the head angle from 64 to nearly 66 that's bad but when I've looked the yari at 180mm is 572mm axle to crown measured so I'm thinking take the spacer out my fox shock and ill have 152mm ish travel and 180mm front any thoughts ?

Are you referring to the Trance E +3? If so the Suntour Fork was 150mm travel ( 140mm Fox DPS shock) and head angle 64.6 not 64 so not sure what has changed unless the new fork has a different offset to the Suntour.

I changed the fork to 160mm (took out spacer ) and the dps shock is a 55mm stroke with a 2.5mm spacer so if u take it out you get 55mm stroke which I think will be just under 10mm travel ? I've fitted a yari to find the axle to crown is 30mm less so it went from 64degrees to around 65.5 ish but I'm just thinking if I go back to 180mm on the yari it's the same axle to crown ?
