Di2 shifting problem

Hi, I’m having real shifting problems with my decoy, it worked quite well up to my chain exploding due to a poor connection I’d made. Everything looks ok, bit I cannot get it to shift correctly on the last 2 cogs 10 down to 9 and back up again. I have tried a new chain, cleaned the mech, cleaned the cassette. Is there a chance I’ve damaged the mech with the chain coming apart. I thought the issue might be the e13 block? Ive contacted them and they’ve confirmed my clock is the later batch without the known defect.
I’ve tweaked the adjustment on the mech to each extreme to no avail, I’ve altered all the mech adjustments again to no avail.
I have altered shift speed, so maybe I’ll drop it down and see if that helps?
anyone else had similar issues ?

I had issues with the e13 cassette from day 1 (latest type) on my decoy. I adjusted the derailleur an got the shifting nice but could not get 10-11th gears adjusted it again an got all gears but shifts like shit. I binned the wheels an had a set made for me an now run shimano xt 11spd cassette an shifting is spot on.

For me the steel part of the cassette was exchanged twice. It worked very well in the beginning. With more kilometers, the shift behavior becomes worse and worse. The e13 cassette is a misconstruction. I have another wheel with Shimano 11-46 xt cassette as a test. It runs perfectly. I would possibly use SRAM chain. So the E13 runs better. I now have gear shift problems from 6-5 gear after about 1000km. Unfortunately there is no free wheel for Shimano 11 speed for the E13 wheels. But there are 10-46 cassettes from Sunrace.
Greetings from Bavaria.

Contact E13 directly and send them the serial/model number off the back of your cassette. You can see it without removing it.

Chances are you have the original model that had shifting problems (they will know based on the serial number you send).

They will send you the new updated version if you have the initial model that had shifting issues. I had mine replaced and the new cassette shifts exponentially better.

E13 has perhaps the BEST customer service you will ever encounter. They will look after you. (y)

I’ve been in contact with e13 and the cassette is the later generation, I’m tempted too buy another just for my sanity

Anybody you know have a wheel with 11sp cassette you can mount as a demo ? Then you can at least rule out the cassette.

Let us know what you find out. Good luck (y)

That’s what I done. Borrowed a wheel off my mate trek with shimano xt 11spd an shifting was spot on an the clunking noise I had went. I refitted mine an it was all back. My options was fit new hub or fit new wheel as I know as said e13 don’t do a 11free hub. I head bad things about the wheels any way so just fitted new wheels.
