Di2 Problem (mechanical I think) - any experts?

Di2 - great until it goes wrong and makes the bike pretty difficult to ride, which is what's happened to me this pm!

I can hear the ping signal as I change gear but no mechanical movement of the mech where a pawl appears to have come adrift from where it should sit - see the photo which hopefully illustrates what I'm talking about. I've tried relocating the pawl into where I think it lives normally but there doesn't appear to be anything holding the whole thing in place. Additionally, the whole pawl assembly seems to be looser than it should be but I've got nothing to compare against - can anyone offer any advice?

Hi, it seems that this tab holds a small spring in place witch I guess is missing in your picture.

Here with the wheel out
There is a tyny bolt that holds the spring to the plate.

B1rdie - thanks and yes you're correct, finding a suitable replacement spring has been impossible though.
So, maybe a bit of a knee jerk but to keep the bike 'on the trail' I've just laid out £250 for a new rear derailleur....... ouch!!
Will have a few spare parts for an XT di2 rear mech in the next few days though if anyone is interested:rolleyes:

Yup. Spring is off. Replace the derailleur. Contact Shimano support (or an authorized Shimano dealer) and you may get lucky with a warranty replacement.
