Dengfu E82 almost completed....

I've built hub motor and bbs02 bikes before, but this is my first 'proper' eMtb build. I've hit a stopper as I need a BBT-18 for the chain wheel so calling it a day till it arrives via Amazon .

How are you finding it? I've just pushed 2000km on mine, from ordering issues where I was sent the wrong charger, also sent the wrong suspension yolk for the 230x65mm shock that they adversed and promoted the frame as being compatible with, dispite me multiple times stating the size shock I planned on using , endless issues from bolts being incorrectly labeled with the wrong torque specs (if you have any on your suspension joints labeled as 8Nm they are Infact 12Nm confirmed by dengfu on the Facebook owners group) to seized bearings, bent axel, and questionable quality control by Dengfu (I've frame defects like bubbles in carbon lamination, dodgy looking joints.)
No amount of padding inside this frame stops the battery from rattling about like a bucket of bolts. Another thing would be that the bolts in the rear triangles pivot joints like to loosen their self, check they are correctly torqued EVERY ride. My name for my bike is another week another creek

And good luck getting a correct and complete torque spec sheet for any of dengfus bikes, at best you'll get a Microsoft paint image with a few specs for some parts, they won't tell you how tight the battery mounts or even the motor mounts should be
