Decoy won't turn on

Received my Decoy yesterday but having problems with it. I can't get it turned on. It worked once but it stopped after a few minutes.

Made a small video to explain it:

Tried removing the accu but did not change a thing.

Someone on facebook posted this:
I called YT, had to pull the battery pack, remove the front shield by taking out two screws and remove two shims, has remained rock solid now for a week and @ 20 miles of rough riding.

2 Shims are very small and slid out once shield was removed and two screws were out, 2cm x 1cm

I don’t know what he means.

Anyone got any ideas?

Have you taken the left side motor cover off and checked the connections ? (4 phillips screws)

Surely it was charged......you mean on the non-drive side?

If you've not actually charged it, then that would be a good starting point. Yes, they normally arrive with between 40-80%, but who knows.

Yes, on the none drive side, there's a plastic cover on the top of the motor, the screws are phillips #1 I think, so crappy and horrible, so go steady and don't strip them. It doesn't expose the inside of the motor or anything, just the ports where the main battery cable plugs in, the display cable, speed sensor and a couple of spare's which should be blanked off. Make sure these are all seated correctly, they sort of "click" when they're in all he way. Also check the ones on the back of the display. Sometimes they're not pushed in all the way.
