Decoy DT Swiss 1700 wheelset: Are they pre-taped?

For those of you with a Decoy 29 Pro and DT Swiss 1700 wheelset. Do they come pre-taped from YT all ready for running tubeless?

yes. But mine did not come with valve stems.

My humble 1900 on the base came pre taped and with 2 valves, one with the DT Swiss instructions and the other with the technical box.
