Bike arrived 08:00. So far :-

• SRAM AXS GX fitted (to be tuned) and original derailleur & cables gone
• DMR Vault V12 Magnesium pedals fitted
• Hunt wheels fitted with DHR IIs, rotors, cassette etc done (400g per wheel lighter)
• Front rotor upgraded to 203mm
• 4 pot M6120 brake calipers fitted
• Fox 36 fitted but needs stem trimmed

Still to go -

• Fox factory transfer dropper post
• Rockstop
• Mudguards front & back
• Torques to be done properly
• Brakes setup & bled

Plus what is stated above.

Nice! I had a very similar color scheme. I only have two additional recommendations:

- Replace that front axle with a through axle (Kabolt)
- Orange Ergon GA2 or GE1 grips

Ergon GAs waiting to go on....

What do you think the advantage is on the Kabolt ? This is the one that came with the Fox.

Doesn't stick out, so less chance of getting damaged, some weight savings, always adjusted perfectly, and looks better/cleaner IMO.
