CX Gen2 help please with parts!

Hi All,
New to EMTB world bought a very clean (not always a good thing read on!) 2017 Mondraker E-Crafty with the Gen2 75nm Bosch motor a few weeks ago, ive done 300 miles in past few weeks and really enjoyed it!, not having experience of E motors in general i wasnt sure if the motor was noisy but its certainly started to get worse so my mechaincal sympathy opted to strip and replace bearings, ive already done the rear wheel bearings and suspension linkage as it turns out previous owner was fond of jetwashing, as above clean isnt always good if done wrong!

Anyhows i got the Mega kit from Ebikemotorcentre.com (great service) and pulled motor apart last night, it was much more of a fight than it should of been due rust on shaft/bearings, ive found the freewheel/clutch gear (think its called?) as per attached picture below is toast, anyone help with good replacement? or have dead motor that i can harvest it from ?

Failing that i can look at machining it back and fitting a press on sleeve if someone can supply correct OD, not sure if there is enough meat will have to speak to my local engineering shop but it looks possible. I wonder if there is a gap in the market for such a service if this is common and new part unavailable..hmm

Uusi EMTB-maailmassa osti muutama viikko sitten erittäin puhtaan (ei aina hyvä asia lukea!) 2017 Mondraker E-Craftyn Gen2 75nm Bosch-moottorilla, olen ajanut 300 mailia viime viikkoina ja nauttinut siitä todella! kokemus E-moottoreista yleensä en ollut varma, oliko moottori meluisa, mutta se alkoi varmasti huonontua, joten mekaaninen sympatiani päätti irrottaa ja vaihtaa laakerit, olen jo tehnyt takapyörän laakerit ja jousituksen vivustot, koska kävi ilmi, että edellinen omistaja piti siitä. jetwashing, kuten yllä, puhdas ei aina ole hyvä, jos se tehdään väärin!

Joka tapauksessa hankin Mega-sarjan osoitteesta Ebikemotorcentre.com (hyvä palvelu) ja purin moottorin osiin eilen illalla, se oli paljon enemmän tappelua kuin sen olisi pitänyt johtua akselin/laakerien ruosteesta, olen löytänyt vapaapyörän/kytkimen vaihteen (ajattele sen olevan) kutsutaan?) Kuten per liitteenä oleva kuva alla on paahtoleipää, joku auttaa hyvän korvaamisen? vai onko moottori tyhjä, josta voin korjata sen?

Jos en voi katsoa sen koneistamista takaisin ja puristimen asentamista hihaan, jos joku pystyy toimittamaan oikean ulkopinnan, en ole varma, onko lihaa tarpeeksi, minun on puhuttava paikalliselle konepajalleni, mutta se näyttää mahdolliselta. Ihmettelen, onko tällaiselle palvelulle markkinoilla aukkoa, jos tämä on yleinen ja uutta osaa ei ole saatavilla..hmm

Suosittelen EBIKEMOTOR CENTRE Germany kauppaa.Osta BDU2XX oikean puolen korjaus sarja.Lisäksi Mudstop tiiviste laakerin suoja.Sen jälkeen pitkiä kilometriä.Nämä on helppo asentaa itse.

Update! , managed to get good used one from Ebikemotorcentre.com along with a better crank which also suffered some light pitting, would probably of been ok but while its apart might as well do it all!

When i get time to pop to my machine shop will ask him if possible to repair/sleeve these for future reference.

To sign this off, Bosch service kit fitted and new/used parts as above along with all new bearings in the LH case and its like a different bike! i also fitted the mudstop shield and inner rubber seal to replace bosch felt one to help reduce any future ingress.
I had wrongly presumed being an older ebike bike these motors made more noise than my friends with new ebikes, mine is actually quieter than theirs i think now! if in doubt about noise check your motors would be my moto

Tämän allekirjoittamiseksi Boschin huoltosarja on asennettu ja uudet/käytetyt osat kuten edellä sekä kaikki uudet laakerit LH-kotelossa ja se on kuin eri pyörä! Asensin myös mudstop-suojan ja sisemmän kumitiivisteen korvaamaan Bosch-huovan, mikä auttaa vähentämään tulevaa tunkeutumista.
Oletin virheellisesti, että olen vanhempi ebike-pyörä, nämä moottorit aiheuttivat enemmän melua kuin ystäväni uusilla ebikeillä, omani on mielestäni itse asiassa hiljaisempi kuin heidän! Jos epäilet melua, tarkista moottorisi olisi minun moottorini

Bosch Gen 2 on kestävä moottori,oikein huollettuna.
