I wonder if the spoke tensions need to be adjusted a bit to centre the wheel between the seat stay and chain stay?

(Or wide tire, missing washers, bent rim etc).

The tension(of the spokes) is usually different between the drive side and non-drive side. Changing the spoke tension could pull the wheel into alignment. ( I could be over-thinking this though).

I´ve a friend riding one . Spoke to him recently and he told me he is aplaying/replacing often inner protection to prevent scratching seat stays, but no other issues.
