Nasty one today technical bit I do regularly but know it's dodgy. Walked first tricky bit but then next bit half hearted attempt. Stopped and fell left amd landed on rock kidney rib area . Thing is i know you need speed for this bit but the older I get 65 you get this slow is safer and it's not . I took these bits easier than normaly as I am joining a ship and going away tomorrow . Luckily I have four days isolating in Blyth before joining. Very sore and feeling sorry for myself I can bend down now.

I wish you a swift recovery!
I know how you feel, however. Especially with the extra weight of the Levo compared with my old Stumpy, I feel like I've lost my mojo somewhat. I had a similar incident recently, falling downhill sideways when I wimped out. Fortunately it was pretty soft and only ended up with a bruised toe (and ego!!)
