Other Crank change for Creo

Hi, does anyone know if it's possible to change the PRAXIS cranks to ones with a smaller Q-Factor ?

The 182mm Q-factor is 30mm wider than my road bike and my knees hurt after long rides on my CREO SL.

There's plenty of chainstay clearance for straight cranks instead of the flaring one's I've got now..
