Could it be a possible to create country specific threads, ride outs or sub categories in each manufacture threads?

Might make sense for ride outs, but everywhere else it will dilute the content across more places making it harder to find stuff. Leave as is IMO.

Yes for ride outs and it should be global and not brand specific.
