If you haven't already seen it, check out the relive app. There's a free and paid version. If you take photos during your ride, the app will ask if you want to use them when you create your video, and will place them where they were shot. And if you have an iPhone with live photo will use the live version of the shot. Pretty cool. Not sure what other features come with paid version but might be worthwhile if you like this sort of thing.
Here's an example, but not on my e-bike. You'll see there's a sign at start/end of ride "no electric bikes allowed!" BOO...but I heard they took the sign down about a week ago and they now permit Class 1's. Hope so! Will have to check that out. Relive 'Sycamore with guadalasco' Oh..the dog pic was a goof for person I was sending copy to. No idea who the old guy is.
