So i need to contact Spesh UK due to an issue with my frame

On thier website it says the only way to contact them is via live chat but there is no live chat option on the contact page, even with my pop up blocker turned off and the page refreshed there is no live chat option, so how do i contact them??

I would have thought first port of call was dealer you got it from . That's how I got my frame replaced.
