I own a 2019 Fahom E+2 with an off-the-shelf RideControl One. Everything fine, RideControl App showing all correct data.
A few weeks ago I bought a used RideControl Charge S5 from a broken Entour E+ 2021 to have a display for comfort. Assembly was easy, no problem.
But after connecting with my RideControl App, it gives me weird information: modell name and serial number from its old bike mixed with data like distance from the bike where its actally installed on.
Does someone know a way to solve this? Is there a way to reset the RideControl Charge?
