I have the same bike I put a Lyrik ultimate 160 travel fork and deluxe ultimate coil on the rear, it kicks arse now super plush , really the best bike I have ever had and I have had a few.

I'm still setting up the suspension on mine . Not getting full travel . I think I need take some tokens out . Don't have the wierd looking kinda heX thing will take it to bike store today .

I just received a new motor 2 weeks ago as mine died 3 weeks ago. Specialized paid for the labor to replace no questions asked and my LBS (Art's Cyclery, SLO, CA) did a fantastic job, I was only without my love for 11 days (felt like an eternity!)!

Interestingly, when I first rode the bike with the new motor, what a shock, it was so quiet! I guess I had one of the infamous noisy ones from the get-go but since I had nothing to compare it to, thought it normal. It's now as quiet as my wife's 2019 Comp Carbon which is whisper quiet, yay Specialized!

Everyone comments on the "beautiful colors", they're right, it's a beauty!

FJM bike stands, they're in the UK but shipped to me here in California. It folds up, is stainless steel so works for washing, storing, everything!

About the Turbo Guard Will is referring to, I have one and love it. It's perfect for SoCal type riding. We don't get the crazy wet and muddy conditions I see some of you post about but for my purposes it works very well. Not sponsored. I paid for it and would do it again.

Here is an example of a typical day of riding here. Some moist areas. You can see some accumulation on the stays and the inside of the guard. But the pivot area is nice and clean. Without the guard that would not be the case.
