charger port cover broke

I have only charged my rise maybe 4 or 5 times soo far, and today, finished charging and tried to close the charge door and the little clip that is supposed to hold the door closed snaps. So not the door will not stay closed. I ended up using a velcro strap to hold it closed. Has anyone else had this happen?

found the charger port for sale fr $20 so I ordered one comes with the 4 screws. has anyone had theirs off? is it just as simple as removing the 4 screws and repalcing them? Or will the charger port be loose in the frame once I remove the cover?
