Changing handlebars

I am wondering about changing handlebars on an emtb. I like a more upright position for riding trails with a swept back wide bar. Jones Loop is my favoured bar - other versions are available. ;)
Has anyone set theirs up like this and if so how does it handle?
Are there any makes that can only fit OE bars and any warranties that would be invalidated?
I want to explore travelling longer distances off road on an e-mtb style bike probably a hard tail.
100 mile days are already being logged using one battery so I am using that as a rule of thumb but would carry two just in case.

I put a carbon riser bar on my Focus hardtail as I didn’t like the riding position with the original flat bars. I found them too wide so cut a couple of cm off each end. No regrets, and I haven’t really noticed any difference in the handling, but definitely more comfortable for me.

Bar choice, sweep, rise are a personal choice. If those are the bars you’ve used in the past and liked, I’m sure you’ll still like them. Changing bars shouldn’t void your warranty.

I remember the days of 100mm plus long stems and 600mm wide bars! Oh and don’t forget bar ends! My preference at 5’9”: stem no longer then 50mm, bars at least 760mm wide.
