Change battery on 2017 genius eride 910

How do I change out the battery on a Scott genius ride 910, 2017. I turn the key but nothing loosens up. Do I have or unscrew other pieces in order to remove and replace it? I really appreciate any help.

I have a 2020 Spark 910. Insert key, turn & push. My battery's in the frame.

for anyone else with is question you have to push really hard with the key turned. It needs to depress quite a bit to loosen the clip holding in the battery
