Anyone know where I can get one of these Chain guides, managed to strip the thread by mistake? Official part name is (EP0752_PROT_M064-01_Chainguide_C_002 plastic) but can’t seem to locate in Canyon website or anywhere else. Do other brands fit ok?

It’s from a Canyon Spectral ON

Got a photo?

I'd suspect you're best off speaking to Canyon support on their live chat, although don't hold your breath - in my experience their parts availability isn't great.

Yeah sorry meant to add it when I did the post. Managed to speak to Canyon and get a replacement sent, £25 flipping quid for it like!

Sounds about right... I was after a pair of bolts from the shock pivot a while back, they'd only sell me a full set of 8 bolts for about £40! Told them to stuff it and fortunately the originals weren't beyond use, but it's put me off Canyon. I'll probably go for a Whyte or something else with more local support next time around.

I think you might be giving them a bit more credit than they're due, although it's a nice thought. I suspect the reality is more like "we know only these two bolts are wear items but it'll be more worth our time to stock and ship them if we sell all eight bolts as a package"
