im not sure if this topic has been mentioned before but i would like to know IF i can recharge my bike from my 2020 ford ranger power socket , it only tells me its a 230 inverter . any feed back would be good

Can't see any reason why not. The charger is not going to be pulling more power than the system can provide.

You can overload an inverter...
Most of the chargers I have seen are 'smart' chargers with 2.5amp to 4amp Maximum load. They usually run a lot less than that continously.
On the Ford 240v inverter I have seen 6amp smart chargers working for extended periods at some roading contractors I have worked with.
As these guys did before they started doing that, I suggest talking with your Ford dealer or a decent Auto Electrician.

You are correct - the Ranger is 150 watt and is modified sine wave.
