I'm waiting for my replacement Canyon EMTB battery because of the current recall; it's now over 4 months and counting and I'm anxious and frustrated. I'm also trying to keep up with any info, not much of which is coming from Canyon!
As part of my attempt to stay informed, I've been following the threads here related to the battery recall. I've become aware of a Facebook group called "Canyon EBike Owners" and would like to join that. The problem is, I can find that group via a Google search, but NOT by searching on Facebook directly. The fact that I can't find the group in Facebook makes it look like I've been banned! Whether or not that is the case, I'd like to reach out to the Facebook group admins and find out. I'm wondering if any of those admins are active here and would get in touch and assist me. Or, if anyone else in this group is also in the "Canyon EBike Owners" Facebook group, perhaps they'd be willing to pass my request along or share contact info for a group admin.
