Anyone encounter this issue? I can't cycle up through the ride modes with the '+' button. I can cycle down with the '-', and it will put me into Turbo with the 'S'. Yesterday I did have a motor error occur when shifting up in Turbo. I think it started after that. Related?

Will it cycle up pressing the button in the center of the 3 mode display on the TCU?

If so, then you have a bad + button

It does cycle up with that button on the TCU. Such a strange failure. The LBS is aware and put the word to Specialized with a video I shot of the issue. Wait and see.

Try the TCU reset, video on YouTube. If that doesn’t work remove the TCU and disconnect then reconnect the two wires to the TCU

I did disconnect the TCU and that didn't resolve it. Spesh has another remote in the mail.

I was wondering though, does resetting the TCU reset the odometer in the app?

I had the same issue I had to replace the remote switch

No, I believe the mileage data is stored in the motor, rather than TCU, that’s why the mileage resets when you have a motor replacement.

New remote showed up and was installed today. Now back to working as it should. Interesting though is that what was the stylized S button for Turbo is now a F1 button?

That’s the standard remote for Gen 3 with Mastermind TCU. I didn’t notice when buying my Expert but maybe non-mastermind models still come with the older remote and they gave you the newer. From a previous post it sounds like you have TCU1 so I guess that’s the case. Probably works the same, just different labels including F2 button for walk assist.
