Even when I have the choice, I prefer the 24-hour clock. You never know when I might need to know the difference between 9am and 9pm (those long summer days are a proper bugger).

That’s funny! Confusing 9AM for 9PM! I’ve had 4 concussions, but dang…

I thought you could change the clock format and size in there - the video doesn't show all the options though.

Exchanged emails with customer care about the issue selecting 12 hour time instead of 24 hour (military) - see below. That TCU setting will be released in a future software update:

"I spoke with the Turbo team about this and apparently, this update has not been released yet. It is planned but unfortunately, I do not have a date for when that will be. I suggest checking the app regularly for any updates.

I haven’t tried it yet in the video. So it’s not possible? Seems weak with all the tech. I’ll try it tomorrow when things slow up

The care rep referred me to the video and the setting was there. I drilled through it all but did not see it as an available option. Agree with you should have been already an available setting.
