Can I fit a 12 speed cassette to Levo gen 2 11 speed driver ?

I have a 12 speed derailleur and shifter so is it a simple case of just fitting a 12 speed cassette

Yes, but which new cassette you can use it depends on which cassette you are using now (what is the smallest cog you have now on the cassette, 10 or 11T?) ...

I think SX is OEM only?? Yes the NX should fit because the smallest cog in the cassette is attached to the next cog. Keep in mind you will need to go 12 speed with the chain, mech and changer as well.

No, you can buy it afterwards also, SX is marked as PG-1210 and NX is PG-1230. I don't know exact differences between them, but weight & price is almost the same so get whichever you'll find on stock ...

I have gone for the PG -1230 one I have the asx 12 speed shifter and derailleur just got to find a chain now

Also make sure your front chainring is compatible with 12sp chains ...
