Can anyone help with front fork setup?

Hi, I have a 2018 Levo Carbon Comp and love everything about it apart from an annoying “chatter” that I get from the forks. It feels a bit like the headset is loose, and happens most noticeably riding uphill or along the flat on gravel/chalk paths at slower speeds. The fork is a RockShox Revelation, which I also had on my old bike, but I didn’t experience this problem previously.
I don’t normally tinker with the shocks on my bikes, just setup with the auto sag and ride, so would really appreciate any suggestions for what I should adjust to try and eliminate the chatter??

You're absolutely sure it's not the headset? and the wheel bearings are play free?
And you're feeling it through the bars while riding rather than hearing it? (cables knocking? mudguard flapping)
Has it always done this? or is it something new? How old is the fork? how much use has it had?
When did you last do a lower leg/seal service on the fork? and what shape are the bushings in?

Yeah it’s a vibration feeling through the bars, not a noise, I’m sure it’s not the headset, but haven’t checked the wheel bearings, will do that in the morning. Bike is only a few months old, I’m not sure when it started, I’ve just been noticing it more and more and now it’s bugging me!

Check the disc mounts too, both the bolts on the calliper and on the rotor

Could be crap in the headset - also have you got a swat tool in the steerer tube? Been know to cause rattles, as has the one in bottle cage

Headsets on e bikes need regular checks. Mine are adjusted every few weeks.
This isn't right
if your headset is coming loose it's nothing to do with it being fitted to an Ebike. it's more than likely due to a stem that isn't clamping the steerer sufficiently. (either user error in fitting or a poor design/quality product)
Loads of the newer lighter weight stems have a lot less clamping area and also use overly small bolts. A good stem needs to wrap around the steerer making as much contact as possible with beefy enough bolt mountings that they don't flex and strong bolts that don't stretch. This is especially important now that everyone is riding longer forks bigger wheels and wider bars as the leverages have all increased. Tightened properly and a good design in the firsrt place and a stem shouldn't come loose.
If a bike has been ridden with the headset loose it can damage your headset (and frame) fairly quickly. a damaged headset has more chance of coming loose from the tolerences being no longer being accurate (from being worn from play/knocking)
