Missing a fastener for frame cable guide part on MY21 Gen 2 Levo Comp Alloy size medium. What is this part number and what size bolt should be holding it in place?

Although we don’t have the exact same bike ('23 Gen 3 Turbo Levo), I’m betting the spec. is the same. This is what I have:

Appreciate the advice. Allen bolt is the same size as the bolts in the two cable clamps above. I’ve sourced the bolt. New problem. I can’t lower guide, back to its original position, as you can see, the cables are crossed. Don’t want to yank anything out of socket. I’m going to have to take the bike back into my local bike shop.
