Buying cartridge Bearings for Front wheel

My 7 month old Cube seems to have got water in the front bearings and they have gone rusty. I noticed that the front wheel was turning roughly. I want to order some spares but as there are so many on the market with hugely different prices, I have no idea what to look out for.
The bearings are "S&S 61903-2RS"
Prices range from about €2.00 to €200.
For now I'll remove the caps, and spray them out with Brake cleaner, and re-grease them.
Or anything else I should do?

The code on the bearing is the size of the beari g and how it is sealed if the numbers and letters on the bearing match they will fit.

I would say get a good quality bearing such as Enduro bearing or they won't last and you will be replacing them very soon.
