Buying a motor from the USA

Would it be possible to buy an E8000 motor from the USA ?

Are there any sellers who would ship to the U.K.?

Obviously this would mean the motor would assist to 32kmh hence my question.

l've searched but sellers of this motor seem to be either in Germany or places like Lithuania.

But you must be able to buy them in the US, and l doubt it's illegal to ship one to the U.K.

I think the restriction is not in the engine but in the software...

But the electronics are in the engine casing aren't they? So if l bought a US spec motor it would assist up to 32kmh?
