Busted Battery case!

I noticed today that there is a lump of plastic battery case/handle missing! Must have been a rock thrown up by front wheel as I know I have not landed on anything directly with it.
Of course it's just above the power plug - so I better put some duct tape over until I get it fixed.
Anyone think this would be a warranty claim or something I will have to purchase from Spec?

I believe you can by replacements - technically its viewed as a bash guard to protect the battery so would fall under the consumables heading I suspect.
