Business must be good at Mudhugger

I just went online to the Mudhugger web site to order a rear Mudhugger for my Turbo Levo Comp. After I the website took me to PayPal to process the payment - I got a message saying ‘We cannot ship this product to Illinois (USA)’ Really? WTF kind of online company can’t (or won’t) ship a lightweight plastic product to the US?

Any suggestions for a non-Mudhugger alternative?
