Building EMTB wheels: DT HX531 vs DT FR541

Hi all,

I'm looking to build some new wheels for my giant reign e+1. the bike is ridden a lot in rocky rooty alpine terrain, all weather conditions. It takes a beating. The weak point has been the OEM wheels.
flat spots weak side walls bends ect.
has any one had the following rims:
DT HX531
DT FR541

Or can tell me the real difference between both the HX is the ebike specific more expensive a bit lighter. The FR is meant to be more robust, what i like about it is the bigger chuck of metal to hook on the tires and limit pinch flats burping ect.
The FR is classed as ASTM5 en the HX as an ASTM4.

Cheers, ended up with an DTswiss EX 511 on hope ub upfront , and DT Fr541 on ST hybrid hub on the rear, as they said in the video. rims make a world of a difference.
