Levo Gen 2 Brose Motor TCU connectors

Hi
Does anybody know where to purchase the Brose 2.1 Motor Connectors? I've searched the web and can find some 2 pin connectors with cable, but no 5 pin Motor to TCU flat type connectors which are water sealed as per the original brose.

I have a peartune MSO which works perfectly but the connectors are very inferior and allow water ingress. Grease is a temporary measure but needs re-applying often.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
