I can't find any name on my wheels. I would assume the bike owner has to take the wheel off any ship to the Roval wheel manufacter? I dont know why a dealer wouldn't submit a claim to Roval instead of charging his customers . Maybe he is getting paid from them as well. lolROVAL WARRANTY AND CRASH REPLACEMENT POLICY
