Broken motor again 🤬

Hi all I came back from bike park wales a week ago and my bike was making a rattling noise I could feel it but couldn't work out what it was turns out the cranks have alot of play side to side it's only done 380miles since it was fitted FFS it's a 2019 trance the shop are asking giant to see if they will cover it as the motors done nothing if not is my option performance line bearings ?

Yup first one did 1200 miles this one 380 I've got 4 kids so struggle for ride time lol it's out of warranty but where asking giant as it's got such little miles on it ?

Man that sucks !!! 2 motors in 1500 miles is unheard off. Hope they look after you.
Ive not used performance line for a refirb, but there prices seem good for a complete overhaul if you need to go down that route.
how much side play do you have and any other noises ?

Hi about 5-6mm a noticeable movement also my fork has play on the bushings lol bike park wales killed it that's getting sorted though I'm just stretching the bike out until next year when I'll buy a new one as I've just gone self employed so been careful for now

Controller is fine it's noisier than the old motor but works ok just rattles ! You would think it's an ep8 lol
