Always there and a roll of electrical tape . Remember a lad lost a pedal. Cable tie saved a long walk. Probably some amazing emergency repairs done we will never here about.

I've used a handy stone and knocked the link open to release the derailleur after ripping off a hanger.
Just make a U from the chain with the link at the end, support one side of the link on something handy and knock the other side of the link with the stone.

Hello,
I'm using Wolftooth pliers with addition of Topeak Hummer 2 multitool and quite happy with this combo.

Saved the day once.

I attach this to my seatpost with the bracket from a Burley trailer. I've never found myself without the right tool or part out on the trail.
