Brand new Schwalbe Nobby Nic tyre - faulty

Just put a brand new Nobby Nic tyre on and it's leaking through small holes in the sidewall....not good enough?. Anyone else had this.

Yes, not a Nobby Nic though, it was a Maxxis Minion. Looked terrible, dust from the ride used to stick to the sealant leaking out, hundreds of little tiny leaks, I abused that tyre quickly so I could change it out.

My Nobbly Nics wouldn't even stay on my rims, kept blowing off when least expected... Changed to Hutchinson and no issues ?
