Unanswered Brake pad query

Looking to replace my pads but am struggling to find one that is compatible with my callipers.

Calliper ref is BR-MT420.
Pad ref is D03S

I have managed to find a replacement pad but limited choices.

Just wondering if there are other pads out there that are compatible with my callipers.

Any advise or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

These look the same shape and are resin.

Shimano brand seem to be double the price. Not sure if they will fit but they look similar to yours

I like EBC pads due to their automotive pedigree and they're cheap but everyone has an opinion on pads

Shimano compatibility says d02s or d03s.

But I think H series pad works too. Same shape but It comes with a heatsink.

I can confirm this later.
