Bosch E-Bike Diagnostic Software

Hey
Is there any chance to get that diagnostic tool for free? I don't have a company, and you can't get that program from Bosch without an official company. Is it possible to get the program through something else?

I don't think so. My LBS told me it also requires an USB dongle and passwords
