Hi everyone, I just bought a new Trek Rail 9.9 (2022 model) a couple of days ago and have the weirdest problem. Did some googling, but couldn't find the same issue mentioned anywhere.
So, the problem is that both trip distance and average speed are roughly doubled on every ride. E.g. if my Apple watch records a ride of 30 km with an average speed of 20 kmh, both Kiox 300 and the Flow app will show a ride of ~60 km with an average speed of ~40 kmh. This also affects the total odometer value of the motor itself, which is now already around 200 km, while it should have been around 100.
On the other hand, current speed while riding the bike works fine, that is not showing doubled values.
Did anyone experience something similar? Any ideas about the cause?
