Bluetooth connection

Hi forgive me if it's already been asked my phone picks up my bike but will not connect at all either in the specialized app or belevo app it's so frustrating as I have an Amber/yellow light coming up on the display and one red light and would really like to diagnose what the problems are it's a 2016/17.

See how many bluetooth items your phone has stored you might have to delete some, have you had the firmware upgraded mine did this a couple off times tried different phones some would connect some wouldnt after firmware update everything worked perfect and connected quicker

Yes but phone first to make sure they have the ability to do it i have 3 spesh dealers and only 2 had the hardware
