Blevo connection on 2020 leve

Newbie here anyone come across the problem connecting to blevo on the 2020 leve I keep getting permission denied once I start the app...

I had that when the Mission Control app was running in the background, had to force close it on the iPhone and then blevo started working ?

I have had to put it on another phone wouldn't install on Galaxy Note 8 and that's after uninstalling MC so very confused...
